Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest level of commitment, deep preparation, and focus for your 1:1 Conscious Creation experience, the following booking and cancellation policies apply: Why these boundaries exist: Every session requires advance preparation and dedicated calendar space to craft your customized blueprint and hold a focused, transformational container. Respecting time and honoring commitments is the very first step in Conscious Creation. • Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your session with a full refund up to 72 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours are strictly non-refundable due to the reserved slot and pre-session preparation. • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via your booking link. Emergency Exceptions: Standard rescheduling closes 24 hours prior to the call. However, if a critical, unavoidable situation arises under the 24-hour mark, last-minute requests are evaluated on an individual basis using personal discernment and intuitive assessment to ensure genuine emergencies are handled with care. • Punctuality & Attendance: Sessions start promptly. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent client bookings. Missed sessions without prior notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.
